The process

How it works

A simple, unhurried process — designed entirely around you. Here's what to expect from the moment you get in touch.

01

Reach out

Send me a message or give me a call. There's no pressure and no commitment — just a warm, unhurried conversation about what you're hoping to do and how I might be able to help.

I'll listen carefully to your situation and answer any questions you have. If you'd like to go ahead, I'll arrange a time that suits you.

02

I visit your home

I come to you. Working gently and entirely at your pace, I help you go through your belongings — deciding together what to keep, what to donate, and what to let go of. There's no rush, and nothing leaves your home without your say-so.

I understand that sorting through a home can bring up all kinds of feelings, and I'm here to support you through that with patience and without judgement.

03

I connect your donations

I draw on my charity retail experience to recommend the right local organisations for your donations — whether that's a cause close to your heart or simply the charity that needs it most.

I know which local charities collect from home and which don't. Where collections are available I'll help arrange them directly — and where they're not, I'll point you toward trusted local contacts for transport. Nothing is left without a plan.

04

You feel lighter

With the sorting done and your items on their way to new homes, many people tell me they feel a real sense of relief and lightness — a home that breathes again.

I'm always here if you need me again, whether for another room, another season, or simply a follow-up conversation.

My promises to you

No pressure, ever

You set the pace. I follow your lead — whether that's one drawer or an entire house.

You stay in control

Nothing leaves your home without your agreement. Every decision is yours to make.

Judgement-free

I've seen it all, and I'm here to help — not to comment on what you have or how you live.

Nothing goes to waste

Years in charity retail means I know exactly which organisations need what, and how to make sure your belongings go somewhere meaningful.
